Dinner Roast beef marinated in coconut and lime with all the trimmings. Stuffed fillets of pork on a bed of tagliatelle with a white wine sauce. Lobster with a lemon and herb butter, steamed rice, mixed vegetables, green salad and a mango and avocado salsa.
Desserts Creme brulée with exotic fruit dice. Hot & cold banana with its caramelised rhum and vanilla sauce. Croissant and chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream
