Lunch (option one)

  • Beef Carpaccio Rice Paper Roll With Marinated Field Mushrooms and Ginger
  • Chilled Green Papaya Soup
  • Sesame Seared Tuna with Herbed Health Broth and Baby Bok Choy
  • Spiced Red Wine Peached Pear Pavlova with Honey and Walnuts
Lunch (option two)

  • Chilled Green Papaya Soup
  • Sea Scallops and Tiger Prawns, sewed on a Port and Portobello Mushroom Sauce, with a Rocket Salad
  • Dark Chocolate Mousse served with Fresh Bevries and Orange Blossom Truffles
Dinner
Roast beef marinated in coconut and lime with all the trimmings. Stuffed fillets of pork on a bed of tagliatelle with a white wine sauce. Lobster with a lemon and herb butter, steamed rice, mixed vegetables, green salad and a mango and avocado salsa.

Desserts
Creme brulée with exotic fruit dice. Hot & cold banana with its caramelised rhum and vanilla sauce. Croissant and chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream
